Visitor Centre Meeting Room
Within the Visitor Centre our Small Meeting Room has easy access to the café and can be arranged boardroom style for up to eight people, or theatre style for up to 12 people. It is an internal room and does not have any windows but there is easy access to the nature reserve for breaks and fresh air.

The Barn
Our Barn sits within the Visitor Centre courtyard, providing easy access onto the nature reserve. The room can accommodate up to 18 people boardroom style and up to 35 people theatre style.
Both rooms include:
- Free access to the nature reserve
- Wi-Fi access
- Free onsite parking
- Tap water available

Rooms can be hired within normal opening hours. If you have requirements outside of these hours please contact the visitor centre team to discuss your needs.
Accessibility:
Level access into the Visitor Centre, meeting rooms and onto the reserve. The reserve itself is relatively flat and wheelchair-friendly, with some wheelchair accessible paths. Some areas can be muddy. Induction loop system in the Visitor Centre and a portable system can be provided in the Barn on request.
Parking:
There is a free car park at the Visitor Centre.

The Visitor Centre is situated on Brandon Lane, Coventry, CV3 3GW. It is easily reachable from Coventry city centre, Rugby, Leamington and surrounding towns.Â
